Assistant Geary County Attorney, 1987-1988; Special Prosecutor for Morris County, Kansas 1987-1990 Special Prosecutor City of Junction City, Kansas 1990-1995; Clark & Kellstrom, Chtd. 1993 to present – private practice with emphasis on criminal defense and plaintiff’s personal injury.


Significant casework:

Mr. Clark has extensive jury trial experience. He has won not guilty verdicts in five rapes, attempted murders, aggravated batteries, indecent liberties, drug sales, DUI’s and many others. He successfully litigated multiple personal injury cases including auto collision, animal attacks, wrongful death and most recently the civil rights action of Lowery v. County of Riley and RCPD et al., resulting in a $7.5M recovery.
