Michael P. Hinkin

employment and experience:

Michael P. Hinkin achieved his Bachelor of Science in 2005 and his Masters of Science in Cognitive Psychology, focusing on Judgment and Decision Making Research, in 2009 from Kansas State University. He attended Washburn University School of Law where he graduated in 2012.

During law school, Michael participated in the Washburn Law Clinic criminal division where he zealously defended clients accused of DUI, misdemeanor and traffic matters. Michael was a member of the 2011 Washburn Law School Trial Team and represented Washburn at a trial competition hosted by South Texas School of Law. Michael recently joined the firm of Clark & Platt, Chtd. where his primary practice area is defending those accused of crimes.

Michael is a member of the Kansas Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Kansas Bar Association, and the Riley County Bar Association.
